Strategies to Practice when Visiting Challenging Family Members During the Holidays
When you think of the holidays, you may think of carolers, the smell of chestnuts, a warm fireplace, and time spent with friends and family. The holiday season is painted up to be a wonderful time of the year from the postcards and television shows we may see. For some this is the most exciting time of the year and for some it is the most dreadful time.
